REFUND POLICY

1. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN? The customer who purchases from the tbsenetics.com portal has the legal right to change their mind about the purchase within 30 days of receiving the products and to receive a refund on our products purchased online. If you wish to cancel an order after changing your mind, you are required to notify us of your decision within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. Shipping costs are not refunded. In the event that you receive an unwanted or defective item, we will send you a waybill to apply to the product and the courier will pick it up. It will be at your discretion whether to request a new product or receive a refund. Please return unsuitable items in their original packaging. 
2. WHAT ARE THE PROCESSING TIMES FOR MY RETURN? It is our policy to treat returns and refunds as quickly as possible. If you are an EU resident customer and have exercised your legal right to change your mind and cancel your order, we will process your return within 3 days from the date of receipt (by us) of the items or (whichever comes first ) within 3 days from the date of receipt of the proof that the items have been sent from you. If you are an EU resident customer and have returned defective items, we will process your refund within 3 days from the date we ascertain your right to a refund. 
3. In this case, this will be communicated via email and it will be possible to choose whether to have the purchased products returned at their own expense or, if not, tbsenetics.com will process the items without refunding the relative cost. To return your package, please follow the steps below: Repack the items in their original packaging. Put on the label that shows your address the label with the hydroponics.store address that you will find on the top of the delivery note. Return the package by going to any post office and keep the shipping receipt. The package must not be sent in ways that do not provide for the issue of a shipping receipt (Paccocelere 1 or Corriere Espresso). 4. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM? Sorry, we are unable to offer free returns to our customers. The return costs are at your expense. In this case, we will be able to deduct these costs from the refunded amount. 
5. HOW CAN I RETURN A DEFECTIVE ITEM? If you receive a defective item and want to be refunded, please send us a message via whatsapp at 3713004735 or via email tbsgenetics@gmail.com, indicating your order number (which can be found in the Order History on 'My Account' ) the name / part number of the defective item and the details of the problem, so that we can conduct our own investigations. 6. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BE REFUNDED? If you wish to return an item, we will refund you within 3 days from the date the item was received at our facility. The right to a refund is conditional on whether the returned item reaches us within the 7 day return period or is defective. Defective items returned will be refunded in full, in addition to the reimbursement of the shipping costs of the same. However, if there are other items in the same order besides the defective one, the shipping costs will not be refunded. In the event that you are unable to show the shipping receipt, we reserve the right not to proceed with the refund.
