1. Introduction
These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "General Conditions"), exclusively regulate the contractual relations between the customers of the site t bsgenetics.com (hereinafter referred to as " Customers ") and the seller Ippoliti Flavio, (hereinafter referred to as T bsgenetics ). These General Conditions are the only ones that can be applied and replace all other conditions, except for preliminary, express and written exceptions. T bsgenetics may be obliged to modify some of these provisions; Customers are therefore advised to read the General Conditions each time they visit the Idroponica.it site (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"). These changes are enforceable starting from the putting online and are not applicable to contracts stipulated prior to it. Each purchase on the Site is subject to the General Conditions of Sale applicable on the date of the order. T bsgenetics trusts that, once the order has been validated, the Customers have read and accepted without reservation the General Conditions of Sale. Customers undertake to respect the General Conditions and the Conditions of Use detailed on the same.
2. Place an order
To place an order on the Site, Customers can go to the site www.tbsgenetics.com
The order process consists of four (4) successive stages.
Once the choice has been made and the basket has been validated, the Customers must:
- identify yourself as
- choose the delivery mode
- accept the General Conditions of Sale by ticking the appropriate box
- choose the payment method.
Once the payment method has been selected, the Customers must proceed with the balance of the order, which will firmly and definitively formalize the sales contract that binds them to Hydroponics.
3. Product information
T bsgenetics pays particular attention to the online information relating to the essential characteristics of the products through technical data sheets drawn up by its partners and / or suppliers and through illustrative photographs of the products, within the limits of the technique and in compliance with the best standards of the market.
All the accessories proposed in the various packs and / or kits and sold on the Site are accessories of compatible brands and not manufacturer accessories.
4. Prices
The sales prices indicated on the Site are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT but do not include delivery costs. Delivery costs are always charged to the Customers (Except promotions) and are invoiced at the end of the order as a supplement to the selected products, they are not included in the promotions orders with excessive weight-to-volume ratio as substrates.
The prices indicated on the Site are furthermore expressed, for countries belonging to the European Community, in the national currency, without this having a commercial value. The list price is in euros and is systematically indicated clearly before confirming the order.
T bsgenetics reserves the right to change prices at any time, but equally undertakes to apply the prices indicated on the Site at the time the order is placed.
5. Availability
Customer orders are satisfied within the limits of the quantity of products available.
In the event that the ordered product is not available, T bsgenetics undertakes to contact the Customers via e-mail within 15 days from the date of the order to inform them of the time required for the delivery of the ordered product.
6. Delivery method
The products purchased on the Site can be delivered throughout Italy, including the islands.In the event that the Customers wish to have the ordered products delivered in a foreign country (part of those served by Idroponica), the order proposal must be made by fax or e-mail
If the item is available in deposit, the expected delivery date is determined by the set of the following 2 elements
1. The shipping time (from 24 to 48 hours): verification of the reliability of the information provided at the time of the account balance + preparation of the order + management of the package (s) by the carrier
2. the delivery time of the package by the carrier chosen by the Customers.
The shipment date of the order will be communicated to the Customers on the site on the "Account" page.
In the event that the delivery is delayed more 15 days from the scheduled date, Customers will have the possibility to cancel the order by registered letter with return receipt. T bsgenetics will undertake to reimburse customers for the costs incurred within 30 days.
T bsgenetics uses 2 delivery methods:

Standard Express (from 24 to 48 hours) for orders up to 50 kg: Choosing this type of delivery allows you to receive the order to the address indicated on average within 24/48 hours thanks to SDA or BRT . All orders validated before 13:00 will be shipped immediately (provided that the products ordered are available). The costs related to this type of delivery may vary depending on the selected products.
- Express Extra Large (1-3 working days) for orders up to weight over 50Kg. The choice of this type of delivery allows you to receive the order at the address indicated on average within 3-4 working days thanks to SDA or BRT . All orders validated before 14:00 will be shipped immediately (provided that the ordered products are available). The costs related to this type of delivery may vary according to the selected products.
7. Secure payments and financial data processing
T bsgenetics has chosen to guarantee the security of payments by encrypting the connection during their transmission over the network. When the padlock symbol appears, it means that your payments are protected. The name T bsgenetics appear in the statement sent by the customer's bank.
We kindly ask our customers to note that, in case there are suspicions of fraud relating to specific payment, the latter may be canceled without notice.
Idroponica offers its customers various payment options: credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard)
Regarding payment by credit card , the debit takes place immediately after the validation of the order, provided that authorization has been obtained from the competent banking bodies, without which the order will be considered void. Online payment by credit card is carried out thanks to the "Secure Socket Layer" system which allows the encoding of bank data at the time of their transmission on the network.
Financial data processing; the financial data issued during the purchase by credit card or other financial data of our customers are NOT in any way recorded or stored by our company.
Cash on delivery is available in any type of delivery. Thanks to cash on delivery, the order is paid directly to the courier upon delivery.
IMPORTANT : only cash on delivery payments up to 3000 euros per shipment are accepted.
8.Right of withdrawal Satisfied or refunded
The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for natural persons, therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and by natural persons acting for purposes related to any professional activity carried out.
To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to send, upon registered letter with return receipt and within 15 days of receipt of the goods, the items for which you intend to exercise this right.
The costs of returning the product are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- lack of original packaging
- absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, instruction manuals etc)
- product corruption.
The indicated duration of 15 days is counted from the date of delivery of the order.
Hydroponics will proceed with the transmission of the re-credit order relating to the cost of the goods shipped within 30 working days following the shipment of the goods by of the customer and in any case not before receipt of the goods.
T bsgenetics will consequently reject any product returned unpacked, as well as products for which they have not been fully the return costs have already been paid by the Customer.
9. Return of products
Only undamaged products including accessories and manuals will be accepted, returned in their original packaging to the After Sales Service address.
The shipping costs of the product are charged to the Customers.
To return back one or more products, follow the instructions in the return authorization email.
10. Guarantees and assistance service
10.1 Legal guarantees
Regardless of the contractual Services, any product sold by us as new is covered by a legal guarantee of conformity and a guarantee for hidden defects, in compliance with the following legal conditions .
The costs for returning the faulty or defective product (s) are charged to the customer.
To send back one or more products, follow the instructions in the authorization email to made. No product can be delivered directly to the headquarters of T bsgenetics .
Attention: the legal guarantee does not apply (or applies only partially) to the repairs of induced damage from a cause external to the product (for example: accidents, shocks, lightning strikes, power surges, etc.) or from a customer error (such as, for example, the use of an installation that does not comply with the manufacturer's specifications, a use of the product that is harmful to the same.
10.2. Manufacturer's warranty
All the products sold by us are also provided with a manufacturer's warranty, with different validity and duration according to products and brands.
The manufacturer's warranties on products sold by Idroponica do not cover:
- replacement of consumables (batteries, light bulbs, fuses, damage to the recording or reading heads, etc.),
- the abnormal or non-compliant use of the products (customers are requested to carefully consult the instruction manual attached to the product),
- breakdowns (and subsequent consequences) due to the intervention of a repairer not authorized by Hydroponics,
- failures (and subsequent consequences) due to external causes (for example: accidents, shocks, lightning strikes, power surges ...)
In any case, T bsgenetics cannot be held responsible for any refusal by the manufacturer to apply the guarantee for the reasons set out above.
In the event that the repair is not covered by the warranty, the manufacturer will proceed with an estimate
Administrative expenses will be requested by the manufacturer in the event of refusal to pay the estimate. In case of agreement, the customer must make a bank transfer, equal to the total of the estimate, to the order of T bsgenetics .
11. Disputes and Liability
T bsgenetics cannot in any case be held responsible for the non-finalization of the contract due to force majeure, such as those defined by the French courts, responsibility of the customer or third parties. We remind you that it is prudent and recommended to safeguard the data contained in the products purchased. T bsgenetics cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the products sold on the Site.
Although the products sold on the Site possess characteristics that comply with a professional use, T bsgenetics does not have the vocation to sell products to professionals.
12. Comments, criticisms, communications
All customer opinions sent to Hydroponics are supervised and moderated by marketing T bsgenetics . In the event that these opinions are contrary to laws or morality (abusive advertising, defamatory intentions, insults, improper comments ...) T bsgenetics reserves the right to refuse or modify the opinion in question.
